1. Order your sharpening services by first scheduling a pick-up time. Schedule a pick-up time by calling (619) 746-8008.
2. Please have all knives cardboard box, garden & hand tools and sporting goods can be kept loose.
3. Payment is do when delivery of your order.
4. Delivery of your sharpened items. We will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery time when your sharpened items are ready. In most cases it is a 24 hour service on most items

Instructions for Local Drop-off & Pick-up:
If you are local to the South Bay area of San Diego, you may choose to drop-off and pick-up your knives garden & hand tools at our location in Chula Vista, Ca. (Eastlake)
Please follow the steps below to place your order a schedule a drop-off:
1. First call to make sure you scheduling a drop-off time. To schedule a drop-off time please contact the Sharpening Shack by calling (619) 746-8008.
2. Then wrap your knives tightly in newspaper or a paper bag and place in a cardboard box.
3. Then proceed to drop-off item that need sharpening. Our residential location is located at 2627 Noble Canyon Rd. in Chula Vista CA, In the Eastlake Trails just off of Hunte Parkway and Clubhouse Dr..
4. When your order has been completed. We will notify you by phone when your sharpened items are ready.
